Gorey is the US Practice Executive for IBM’s Knowledge & Content
Management Consulting Practice. In this role, Mr. Gorey is responsible
for design and delivery of services which help clients transform their
capacity to create, share, apply and value knowledge for competitive

In his eighteen years of business management experience, Mr.
Gorey has enabled companies business transformation efforts through
development of strategies, new processes and organizational designs.
He has led efforts to build knowledge management capabilities
both internally and with clients.
to joining IBM in 1999, Mr. Gorey was a strategy and business
transformation consultant for Andersen Consulting, now Accenture, and
Andersen (formerly Arthur Andersen).
Mr. Gorey led both internal and external Knowledge Management
initiatives in Andersen's Business Consulting Practice. He created and
led Andersen's Knowledge Management Competency Center for four years and
was responsible for the design and delivery of Knowledge Management
services to clients as well as development of their Knowledge Management
methodology and training.
